Hi there. I have been teaching Group Fitness for more than 10 years. I started out with Les Mills New Zealand and am a certified BodyPump and module-trained BodyAttack and CX30 Instructor. Most recently I have been teaching independently, covering different training styles including; core-specific, HIIT, cardio and circuit-based classes. I love the energy that comes with group fitness.
My classes bring together effective exercises, a safe and supportive environment and plenty of FUN.
Form and function is key and I will cue you through correct technique as we go. My goal is to offer classes that bring together both cardio and strength training to provide a full body workout every session. I am an Anatomy & Physiology graduate and a certified Polestar Pilates Studio Practitioner. Come join me.
Flux Fitness offers Group Fitness classes designed to motivate, encourage and get results. Led by a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Flux classes offer various styles of training using a combination of high-intensity cardio, weight and body weight-based exercises, HIIT, circuits and muscle specific classes. We also offer kid-friendly morning sessions.
Our classes are set to upbeat tracks to keep you inspired throughout your workout. Whether you're an absolute beginner or gym class hound, you'll find a class that's right for you. We offer a range of options and intensity levels to ensure everyone can complete their workout safely and effectively and most importantly have FUN.
